Job summary

Five Below in New Jersey seeks an hourly leader to manage daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver the WOW customer experience. You will train associates, oversee opening/closing, and ensure stock is received, merchandised, and accessible to guests.

You will lead with a hands-on approach, communicate clearly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and uphold Five Below's service standards. Starting wage is $16.42 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interactions at checkout.
• Trains crew on customer service standards.
• Oversees daily store operations and staff performance.
• Receives, unpacks, and stocks new merchandise efficiently.
• Open/close store, manage cash, alarms, and security.
• Assist with onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
