Five Below is seeking a store supervisor to lead crew members, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train staff, oversee tasks, and support opening and closing procedures while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members WOW the Customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the best customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service.
• Assist with receiving and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by improving merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and cleaning duties as needed.
