Job summary

Five Below in Austin, Texas is seeking an energetic retail leader for an hourly Store Leader role. You will wow customers, supervise crew, and help run the store from opening to closing.

Responsibilities include training associates, supporting daily operations, driving sales, and partnering with leadership to deliver exceptional service in a safe, organized environment. Must be 18+ with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers with personal service.
• Train crew on BEST customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Open/close store, secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and training.
• Drive sales and control expenses.
• Ensure store maintenance and safety.
