Job summary

Five Below in Texas is seeking a store leadership role with hourly pay to oversee crew, deliver WOW customer service, and manage daily store operations.

You will assist with receiving and stocking, open/close procedures, and training of associates to boost performance. The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves stocked.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing decisions.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
