Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates and ensure safety policies.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor and ensure areas are neat.
