Job summary

Under the Store Manager, you will supervise staff, manage merchandise presentation, deposits and paperwork, and perform stocking and cashier duties to maximize profitability and minimize losses.

The role involves leading customer service, scheduling, training, planogram implementation, and store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge helpful.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling and training of employees and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise, stock, planograms, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure financial integrity with cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
