Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment.
• Six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership; greet customers, operate cash register, and itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Rotate and stock merchandise; build displays and manage planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; limit damages, conduct scans, and manage paperwork.
• Support cash control; oversee refunds, overrides, tills, and deposits.
• Assist with store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
