Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Explain solutions professionally and ensure customers feel valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to verify information.
• Handle cash, manage drawer, deposits, and cash handling tasks.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports at end of day.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete required compliance trainings and any additional duties.
