Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service or cash handling.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when needed.
• Answer inbound calls and process customer inquiries.
• Perform outbound calls for sales and collections per policy.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and manage deposits.
• Ensure accurate transactions and compliance with laws and company policy.
