This role focuses on delivering regulatory compliant service, handling cash with accuracy, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, resolving issues, managing transactions, and ensuring a professional and compliant operation

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to general questions or requests.
• Process all transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
