Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence in our financial services environment.

You will educate customers on product options, handle transactions, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting store operations and cash handling duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district director when needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and process applications and requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and compliance with regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer per policy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete required trainings and maintain high service standards.
