The role emphasizes supervising service programs and efficient store operations. Candidate should have relevant certifications and bilingual capabilities, with a strong focus on accuracy in returns, invoicing, and daily cash handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store leadership and customer service.
• Credentials include Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification.
• RSS Certification and Certified Parts Professional Certification are desirable.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Coordinate staffing for peak retail hours with the store manager.
• Assist in hiring processes including interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure inquiries and returns are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee order processing, stock transfers, and invoicing prior to leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and maintain security and cash handling.
