O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store management in sales, service and operations. The role includes shift coverage and ensuring smooth store performance with bilingual applicants encouraged. Location Arizona-based, on-site with strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities span customer service leadership, operating procedures, and end-of-day cash handling, with emphasis on efficient merchandising and roster adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge beneficial.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed in an efficient and friendly manner, refunds issued using correct payment methods.
• Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor work schedules and clock-ins/outs according to policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, and secure money/deposits per policy.
