Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, store operations in Coolidge, AZ. The role involves leading a team, assisting customers, and ensuring the showroom meets company standards.

You will help manage shift coverage, process orders, handle returns, and ensure accurate invoicing and safety procedures. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy-compliant operations.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Ensure Zipline messages, Image Maker tasks, and merchandising are completed.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, money handling and deposits, and security checks.
• Clock in/out per policy and manage schedule adherence.
• All other duties as assigned.
