Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Lead to manage daily store operations and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers.

The role involves supervising the sales floor, ensuring timely processing of transfers and orders, and maintaining accurate refunds and returns. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; RSS certification is a plus.

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and execute on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers upon shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the external purchase ledger.
• Ensure returns/exchanges are processed promptly with correct refunds and proper staging of returned merchandise.
