Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development at our Prospect Park, PA location. You will assist with daily store activities, train associates, manage merchandise flow, and uphold company standards while delivering a positive shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication and supervision skills, with a focus on teamwork and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; read and explain directives.
• Experience managing store operations in retail or related environments.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication and people skills for team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and safety compliance.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and service excellence.
• Support opening/closing procedures and payroll/scheduling tasks.
