Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Lebanon, PA location. You will assist with daily functions, organize merchandise, supervise associates, and ensure a clean, safe environment while maintaining professional interactions with customers and staff.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork, loss prevention, and efficient store performance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and ability to read and explain directives.
• Retail management experience in grocery or drug store environments is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties as needed.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise and move stock between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and follow corporate directives.
• Maintain displays, process merchandise, and assist with loss prevention.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; supervise and train associates.
• Ensure clean, safe store environment and professional interactions with customers and staff.
