Crosby’s Stores in New York is seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations. You will support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll supervise team members, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer has a great experience—every day, every time. The advertised rate includes a $1.50 shift differential for overnight hours.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to manage cash transactions and shift reports.
• Familiarity with lottery, POS systems, and other equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per standards.
• Oversee daily operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Train and coach store associates; assist with staffing.
• Assist with inventory control, cash handling, payroll processing.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and follow procedures.
