Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to help lead daily operations, supervise team members, and uphold Crosby’s standards. You’ll deliver friendly service, drive sales, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

The role involves scheduling, coaching, and ensuring accurate cash handling, with a focus on safety and compliance. The advertised rate includes a $1.50 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Serve Safe certified preferred.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Good math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Oversee daily store operations and maintain cleanliness and brand standards.
• Train, coach, and support store associates; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and payroll-related reporting.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and secure store conditions.
