Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Operations Leader to manage the daily operations of the sales floor across GCNA locations. You will lead store teams, oversee inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while driving revenue and production goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management and customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and flexibility to travel between GCNA stores for training and support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail management required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to meet income and production goals.
• Monitors product levels daily to meet sales budget targets.
• Manages payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Leads day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
• Travels to other GCNA locations as needed for support and training.
