Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Operations Leader to manage daily sales floor activities across GCNA locations. You will lead store teams, ensure customer service excellence, and oversee inventory, donations processing, and store compliance with company standards.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-location coordination. You will travel between GCNA sites as needed for coverage and development, and you will report to the Store Manager,

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to meet sales targets and budgets.
• Manages payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Leads day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
• Travels to other GCNA locations as needed and attends training.
