Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking an energetic store leader to help deliver the Five Below experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations, train crew, and ensure fast, friendly checkout with a WOW customer service standard.

You will manage opening/closing duties, assist with stock, and drive sales while maintaining cost controls. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train onboarding for associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Perform store maintenance and assist with receiving and stocking.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
