Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership team member in Texas who will ensure a WOW customer experience at every interaction. You will train crew, oversee daily store activities, and help manage opening/closing operations while maintaining stock and merchandising standards.

The role emphasizes supervision, sales growth, and excellent communication with customers and coworkers. Flexible scheduling and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout and store interaction.
• Trains crew on the customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service standards.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floors fresh.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed with responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, security, and alarms.
• Drives sales and helps optimize merchandising and staff performance.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Maintains store upkeep including cleaning and stock room organization.
