Job summary

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication. College experience is preferred, and flexibility for day/evening shifts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provide wow customer service with personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities; ensures duties performed and service.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to place items quickly on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; responsible for store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing; cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks.
