Job summary

Five Below seeks a part-time store operations leader to guide crew in delivering WOW customer service. You will train staff, oversee daily activities, and support stocking and merchandising to ensure a fast, friendly checkout and high-store efficiency.

The role requires managing opening/closing duties, handling cash, and coordinating with the leadership team to optimize sales and customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
