Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in New York to oversee daily operations, train associates, and drive sales. You will ensure friendly checkout, oversee stock, and maintain store standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekly schedules may include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
