Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers with fast, friendly checkout and great service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain high customer service levels.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor merchandised.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and set alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed.
