Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dedicated leader to supervise store operations and guest experience in Springfield. You will act as Manager on Duty when needed, oversee daily staff activities, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout while driving sales and maintaining stock integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal, friendly service at checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high performance.
• Aids in receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
