Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact and training crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelving on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stocking duties.
