Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations, scheduling, and payroll administration. You’ll manage budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and ensure a smooth guest experience while supporting the Store Manager’s vision on a daily basis.

You will move dynamically on the retail floor, analyze business data, and coordinate labor to optimize performance, while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and managing labor hours
• Experience handling payroll and other documentation is beneficial
• Strong leadership and team development orientation

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations according to Store Manager’s vision
• Plan and prepare weekly schedules within labor and budget constraints
• Monitor and manage budgets, P&L, expenses, and inventory
• Coordinate labor to receive deliveries and maintain guest experience
• Perform payroll and other personnel administration per policy
• Support company operations directives and safety policies
