lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to help ensure the store runs smoothly and profitably. You will manage schedules, payroll, budgets, and vendor relations while maintaining inventory, facilities, and communications that support a superior guest experience.

You will lead a team, implement store-wide operational directives, and partner with leadership to drive performance and development in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Manage budget, P&L, expenses, and cash, informing planning processes.
• Provide floor leadership and determine coverage for efficient operations.
• Complete payroll and other administrative documentation as required.
• Lead development and guidance of store team members.
