Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration.
• Ability to plan and manage scheduling and labor hours.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the store.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to the team.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within labor and budget requirements.
• Monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and sales data for planning and performance.
• Provide floor leadership to ensure efficient operations and guest service.
• Support omnichannel and guest-experience initiatives across the store.
• Lead and develop team members while fostering inclusion and collaboration.
