Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations and ensure the retail business runs smoothly. You will manage payroll, write weekly schedules, and monitor budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships while maintaining a safe, compliant store environment.

You will drive guest experience and omnichannel initiatives, collaborate with leadership, and develop team members in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year of experience managing business operations and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.
• Review, monitor, and partner with Store Manager to manage the budget and other business data (P&L, expenses).
• Provide retail floor leadership to team members and ensure effective floor operations.
• Support sell-through by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor hours.
