lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to keep the store running smoothly across scheduling, payroll, and budgets. You will manage inventory, vendor relations, and facilities while leading operations-focused projects at the store level.

In this role, you will lead team members, plan weekly schedules, monitor business data, and ensure an exceptional guest experience with safety and inclusivity at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and scheduling
• Experience handling payroll and budgeting tasks
• Education: high school diploma or higher; degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to the team
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within labor and budget requirements
• Monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and planning processes
• Provide leadership on the retail floor to ensure efficient operations
• Support inventory accuracy and labor planning for deliveries
