Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the location.
• Strong people management and payroll-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team.
• Plan and prepare weekly team schedules within budget.
• Manage budget, P&L, and store metrics; inform planning processes.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient retail operations.
• Support omnichannel guest experiences and inventory accuracy.
