Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations, manage payroll and scheduling, and maintain inventory and vendor relationships. You will execute company directives, monitor budgets, and drive a high-quality guest experience on a dynamic retail floor.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize labor hours, improve processes, and support omnichannel programs while ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on inventory, payroll, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.
• Review and monitor budget, P&L, expenses, and inform planning processes.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure coverage for efficient operations.
• Support omnichannel guest programs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
