Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations, oversee payroll and scheduling, and ensure inventory, vendor relations, technology, and facilities run smoothly.

You will partner with the Store Manager to plan weekly team schedules, monitor budgets and P&L, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in operations and administration, with scheduling and labor-hour management.
• Legally authorized to work in the store location country and able to travel to the assigned store.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, manage budgets and labor, and drive P&L outcomes.
• Plan and publish weekly team schedules within budget constraints.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, and store facilities.
• Provide on-floor leadership and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support omnichannel programs and store initiatives from leadership.
