Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role designed to WOW customers through personal interactions. The role supports onboarding, training, and supervision of associates while ensuring efficient daily operations and excellent service.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and driving sales through strong guest experiences. This hourly position requires flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the floor and at checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policies.
