Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates ensuring high performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure readiness for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and customer service optimization.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
