Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members provide WOW customer service through personal contact with customers.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance and service quality.
• Open/close store operations including cash handling, alarms, locks and readiness for daily operations.
