Five Below in Monaca, PA is seeking an energetic Store Manager on Duty to lead daily store operations and drive outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise team members, oversee opening and closing procedures, and ensure merchandise is well presented to wow customers.

You will train associates on the BEST customer service, manage scheduling and performance, and partner with leadership to boost sales while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking with a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Wowing the customer through personal contact and service at checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure great service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and alarms, ensure smooth operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and keep stock rooms organized.
• Flex schedule including day/evening/weekends and travel if required.
