Job summary

You will lead opening and closing duties, supervise associates, train new hires, optimize merchandising, and execute promotions according to corporate guidelines to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash, doors, and alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance and service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service optimization.
• Executes market plan with product placement and updated signage as directed.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed and executed.
