Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact at checkout.
• Trains the crew on the customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations.
• Manages opening or closing the store, cash handling, and securing the premises.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Remains flexible to schedule changes including days, evenings and weekends.
