You will manage opening/closing, training, merchandising, and safety while ensuring guest satisfaction and staff development in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and supervising crew on service excellence.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and merchandising on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staffing issues.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock rooms.
