Five Below is hiring for an hourly retail role in McComb, MS. You will help wow customers, train crew, oversee daily store activities, and manage opening/closing duties while supporting onboarding and merchandising.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed.
• Assists with receiving and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and takes responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing the store, cash, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Partners with leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance and stockroom tasks.
