Job summary

Five Below in McComb, MS is seeking a motivated store leadership professional to guide the crew, drive sales, and deliver WOW customer service. You will lead front-end operations and ensure timely checkout experiences for guests.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising team members; opening/closing the store; maintaining cleanliness and stock availability. The role requires 2+ years of management, excellent communication, and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
