Job summary

TJX Companies in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and lead when needed. You will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, ensuring a high level of customer service and adherence to policy. Availability including nights and weekends is required to meet store needs.

You will coach Associates, manage coverage, and help maintain procedures while promoting safety and a positive shopping experience for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Leadership experience of at least 6 months.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks in line with store plan and priorities.
• Coaches Associates and provides feedback to improve service.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines.
• Communicates priorities and progress with management and Associates.
