Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines
• Communicates priorities and progress updates with management and Associates
• Provides feedback and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs
• Promotes safety and adherence to labor laws and policies
• Addressing customer service issues and providing coaching as needed
• Other duties as assigned
