Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations, train staff, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals.

You will ensure policy compliance, manage POS transactions, merchandising, inventory, payroll, and loss prevention, while delivering a high-quality shopping experience to customers.

This role may be full or part-time, offering opportunities to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safety and welfare of employees and customers as a primary responsibility.
• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Manage all POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Inventory control including shipping/receiving, pricing, markdowns and physical inventory.
• Merchandising and visual presentation to adhere to company standards.
• Payroll control including scheduling and time/attendance.
• Training and development of direct reports per policy.
• Loss prevention to protect company assets.
