Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing customer issues promptly, and supporting loss prevention while maintaining a high standard of store presentation and sales performance.

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach and train staff, providing leadership under Store Manager guidance.

• Oversee POS transactions, sales, refunds, and loyalty processes.
• Manage inventory control, price changes, receipts, and physical counts.
• Ensure proper merchandising, housekeeping, and promotional signage.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll responsibilities as needed.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection initiatives.
